• Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam 2021 has been launched by the CM of Haryana, Mr, Manohar Lal Khattar.
• Through this scheme, all the appointments will be done online by the government, which was earlier done under outsourcing policies.
• This portal will also be launched by the government on 1st November 2021 for under the operation of Haryana Skill Employment Corporation.
• Through this portal, youth can apply online for the posts.
• All the benefits like EPF, ESI etc facilities will also be provided to all the employees hired through this portal system.
• This process will not only prevent exploitation of any employees working on contract basis but will also play a very important role in ensuring transparency and adequate employment opportunities to the deserving candidates.
• Now under this new system, the contractual appointments will be done on the basis of merit list, due to which a transparent system will be ensured.
• All outsourcing employees will also able to be appointed through this portal.
• Apart from this skill development training sessions will also be organized to provide employment to all the eligible youth.

• हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम 2021:- हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर द्वारा 1 नवंबर 2021 को पोर्टल लॉन्च किया ।
• इस योजना के माध्यम से सभी नियुक्तियां सरकार द्वारा ऑनलाइन की जाएंगी, जो पहले आउटसोर्सिंग नीतियों के तहत की जाती थी।
• हरियाणा कौशल रोजगार निगम के संचालन पोर्टल भी लॉन्च किया ।
• इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से सभी युवा, पदों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकेंगे।
• सभी जरूरी लाभ जैसे ईपीएफ, ईएसआई आदि सुविधाएं भी इस प्रणाली के माध्यम से किराए पर लिए गए सभी नागरिकों को प्रदान की जाएंगी।
• यह प्रक्रिया न केवल अनुबंध के आधार पर काम करने वाले कर्मचारियों के शोषण को रोकेगी बल्कि योग्य उम्मीदवारों को पारदर्शिता और पर्याप्त रोजगार के अवसर सुनिश्चित करने में भी बहुत महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगी।
